Do you have a puppy under six months old that would benefit from being professionally started like a service dog? Let me explain!

At balanced behaviour canine we offer specialized training and socialization for your pup. We take the same concepts we put into our service dogs and offer those foundational skills for pet dogs, who can benefit from the same form of socialization and training.

For this Program, our focus is to build a confident and capable puppy through proper socialization, and our service dog starting protocol. We offer individualized attention and training to create an experience tailored to your pup's life stage and needs.

We spend time outdoors walking, playing, exercising your pup throughout the day and playing games indoors. We focus on teaching basic behavioural commands, such as sit, stay and come, but also go beyond this to help you gain a greater understanding of this strange world, your dog now calls home needs. The structure of This program helps build confidence, alleviate anxiety, and create lifelong bonds between you and your pup.

8 Weeks: Distemper, Parvo, adenovirus &

parainfluenza

12 Weeks: 2nd set: distemper, Parvo Adenovirus

Parainfluenza.

16 Weeks 3rd set or titre test results.

Over 24 weeks, Rabies is required.

(This package is only available to disabled individuals whose healthcare team has recommended a service dog as a form of treatment)

The featured bullet points are things we can work on; however, it's NOT a list of things we will complete. Dogs work at their own pace. This program does NOT make your dog a service dog; they do not have the right to go to non-pet-friendly places. Dogs that will be service dogs for disabled individuals do not apply. Dogs taking the gold plus MUST be assessed in person for service work. We can work with your breeder during this process. Dogs approved for Gold Plus are strong candidates for service work but may not succeed in this career. There are a ton of variables.
